The titillating theatre of burlesque has been captivating audiences for over a century, and with good reason – how many other art forms meld social and political satire with bawdy displays of flexibility and pasties?
As part of a national series dedicated to DIY-minded performances troupes everywhere, Drambuie, the fabled spiced Scotch whiskey brand, woos our fine city on Monday, December 15th with a pre-holiday feast of flesh featuring the talents of Chicago's own Belmont Burlesque and a soul and obscure rock set by DJ Davila.
Naturally, an indulgent array of complimentary Drambuie cocktails will be poured to toast the occasion, including Drambuie & Soda, the Drambuie Fizz, the Drambuie Ginger, the potent Rusty Nail, and the prosecco-infused Chambuie.
